Why do we ask for personal details?
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Maps want to be sure a real person is behind every page. This protects you and your customers from fake pages.
Your Gmail ID
Every platform needs an email to create the account. It is also where the platform sends security alerts and where you get back in if you forget your password. The page belongs to your email, so it belongs to you.
Your phone number
Platforms check a phone number to prove the account is real. They also use it to bring your account back if it is ever locked. Use a number you will keep for a long time.
The OTP code
An OTP is a short, one-time code the platform sends to your phone or email at the moment we create the account. Without it, the platform will not finish creating a genuine page. A fake or borrowed number usually gets the page blocked later.
How to share the OTP safely
The OTP only works once and expires in a few minutes, so we ask for it only at the moment we need it. We will tell you before we start, so you are ready with your phone.
- Safest way: join a short call or screen share and type the OTP in yourself while we guide you.
- Quick way: send the OTP to us on WhatsApp right when we ask, and not before.
- Never share your bank details, card number, UPI PIN or ATM PIN with anyone. We never need them for setup.
- After we hand over the page, change your password and turn on two-step verification. We will show you how.
- Only share an OTP with us when you started the order with us. If someone else asks for it, do not share it.

- Your full name
- Gmail ID (new or existing)

Business information
- Business or channel name
- What you do or sell, in two lines
- Who your customers are
- Address and opening hours (needed for Google Maps)
- Website or Blogspot link, if you have one
Keywords
- Keywords are words people type when they look for you, like "wedding photographer Patna" or "home tuition class 10".
- Send 5 to 10. If you are not sure, we will suggest them.
Logo and banner ideas
- Your logo, if you have one. If not, we can suggest a simple one.
- Colors you like
- Banner idea, for example "my shop front with the offer line" or "my face with my channel name"
- A few clear photos of your work, shop or products
- We resize everything for each platform.

- Photos, videos, offers, tips, customer stories or how-to content

What you must do yourself
Some steps are about proving who you are, or about getting paid. Platforms only accept them from the account owner, so we cannot do them for you. We will explain each step when the time comes.
YouTube channel verification
Verifying your channel with a phone code unlocks things like longer videos and custom thumbnails. You receive the code and enter it.
Monetization (earning money)
A new channel cannot earn money on day one. YouTube first checks that you have a real audience. You apply and verify in YouTube Studio under the "Earn" tab.
- For fan features like memberships: about 500 subscribers, 3 public uploads in 90 days, and 3,000 watch hours in a year (or 3 million Shorts views in 90 days).
- For ads: 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours in a year (or 10 million Shorts views in 90 days).
- From 1 February 2027, new applicants for ad revenue will need 8,000 watch hours or 20 million Shorts views. Rules change, so always check the "Earn" tab in YouTube Studio for today's numbers.
- You also need two-step verification on your Google account, a Google AdSense account, and no policy strikes. AdSense needs your own ID and bank details, which you enter yourself.
Facebook and Instagram
Earning features on these platforms are offered by Meta only when your page meets its rules. Identity checks, tax details and payout setup are done by you inside the app. A blue tick (Meta Verified) is optional, paid to Meta, and approved by Meta.
Google Maps
Google verifies your business before the listing goes public, usually by a phone call, a code, a video or a postcard. You need to be available for that step.

Good to know before you start
Will the page be in my name?
Yes. We create the page with your email and phone number, so you are the owner. Keep your login details private after handover.
Can you promise followers, views or earnings?
No. Nobody honestly can. We set up your pages properly so they are ready to grow, but followers, views and income depend on your content and time. Be careful with anyone who promises fast followers or guaranteed earnings, because buying fake followers can get your account blocked.
What if I do not want to share my phone number?
Platforms require a phone number to create a real page, so we cannot finish the setup without one. Use a number you control and plan to keep.
I do not have a business yet. Can I still order?
Yes. A personal brand, a hobby channel or a new idea all work. Tell us what you want to share and we will help shape it.
Do I have to post content too?
Setup only creates and prepares the pages. Regular posting is up to you, unless we agree on extra content help separately.
What if a platform blocks or delays my account?
Sometimes a platform asks for extra proof of identity or takes a few days to review. This is normal. We guide you through it, but the final decision always belongs to the platform.
Can I use my existing Gmail and phone?
Yes, and it is usually best. If a platform already has an account on that email or number, tell us first so we do not create a duplicate.
